SOK-IT UNCONDITIONAL CONSUMER WARRANTY

Your satisfaction is guaranteed!

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it, in any condition, for a full refund (shipping and tax included) within 90 days of purchase.


After 90 days, and for a period of Two Years, if your product becomes defective, you may return it for a full refund.


Reasons for defects include sewing or stitching issues, discoloration, tears in the fabric or trim (including tears in Thermofoil™ linings), broken zippers or fasteners, or any other material product defect.  Not covered is staining due to liquid spills or cleaning solvents, damage from dishwashers or washing machines (yes we have tested them and can tell), your pet using your Sok-It product as their favorite chew toy (we’ve tried this also), and other non-conventional reasons for damage (you know what they are).  


Returns/Refunds

If you purchased your product on sok-it.com, to return your product for a refund or exchange visit our returns center at https://sok-it.com/a/return.


If you use our pre-paid label system, available through our returns center, once your items are received by the shipping carrier, your refund or exchange will be initiated.  


If you ship your items back using other methods, please provide a tracking number to us via the return confirmation email we send you to initiate your refund or exchange. If you do not have a tracking number to provide us, we will initiate the refund or exchange upon receipt of the items. 


If you purchased your product through Amazon, visit the Your Orders section of your Amazon account to locate your purchase and initiate a return through Amazon. Amazon’s return policies may differ slightly from sok-it.com.


If your product was purchased from a retail partner, you can still initiate a warranty claim for any product defects through Sok-It by contacting us via the contact page on sok-it.com. Please include an image of your item with your email request.
