What are your Soks made from?

Our Soks are made from the highest quality 4mm coated neoprene. They're also latex and PFA free! We take our quality very seriously! 

What size should I order?

You should review our sizing chart to see if your favorite brand's cup and size are listed. If it is not listed, contact us and we can help you find the right fit. Most Soks are true for to-go cup sizes! We do recommend going down a size for Starbucks or smaller coffee/drink shops. Any questions, just send us an email- [email protected] 

Is the bottom covered?

Yes, the bottom is covered on our JavaSok, SodaSok, PintSok, IceCreamSok, CanSok and BotlSok products. That is what sets us apart from the knock offs! We have a fully sealed bottom to ensure no puddles or leaks!! 

What’s the difference between SodaSok, ColdCupSok, and JavaSok?

SodaSok was created just for soda pop lovers who want to show off their love with the "SodaSok" logo. ColdCupSoks are the name for our exclusively licensed products. SodaSoks and ColdCupSoks have the same premium construction and fit as our JavaSoks do.

Does a JavaSok stand up properly with its rounded edges on the bottom?

That is a common fear, however most customers find that if you pull the sleeve up as far as possible so it’s snug at the bottom, this isn’t an issue. Plus, the weight of the drink keeps it grounded. Make sure you have the correct size on the cup. If it is too small, it can create a bubble at the bottom. We would suggest you size up to fit that cup better! 

How do I care for my Sok?

We recommend hand washing your Sok with a dish soap and drying completely! Drying is important because you don't want the Sok to retain moisture. You can also machine wash on a gentle cycle for a deep clean and then air dry. We prefer hand washing because machine washing will lighten colors over time.

Can I use a JavaSok on a hot drink?

We do not recommend using JavaSok's on hot beverages. Our HotSok is designed for hot drinks because our Thermafoil technology does a much better job of keeping your hand from burning and keeping your drink warm.

What is the difference between the LunchTote and XL LunchTote?  

The standard LunchTote is a smaller size than our XL LunchTote. It also does not have all the new features our XL LunchTote offers! Our XL will hold a bento box inside, a drink and extra cold food. It has a mesh pocket inside for an ice pack, a pocket on the outside for dry food/phone/silverware and a great shoulder strap to help carry all your belongings!
