If you have not received your order confirmation email, you likely placed your order through one of our express payment methods - ShopPay, PayPal, Amazon Pay, or Apple Pay. Your order confirmation email is sent to the email associated with your express payment method!

If that's not the case, please check your spam folder as transactional emails can sometimes end up in there.
