Processing your order

Your order is sent to our warehouse immediately after you place it. We are not able to make changes to an order once it is placed. 

Most of the year, orders are processed in 1-2 business days. Orders that are placed are picked almost immediately, so changes are often not an option. Orders placed after 12 noon EST will be fulfilled the next business day. 

During peak seasons, fulfillment averages 3-5 business days. We recommend ordering early to account for carrier delays.

You will receive an email confirmation, with a tracking #, when the order has been labeled and is ready to be picked up by the carrier.

Shipping Charges:

Standard Shipping: $8.50

Carriers Used:

We've got your order all set up and waiting for carrier pick-up. Our preferred shipping partner is USPS Ground Advantage, but we also work with FedEx, UPS, and DHL to ensure your package reaches you in the best possible way. 

Please note: Once your package has left our warehouse, Sok-It is not responsible for weather or mail carrier delays. Shipping timeframes to Alaska and Hawaii are often longer than the average shipping estimates.

Estimated Shipping Times:

Standard Shipping: You can expect your package to arrive in 3-7 business days from your ship date.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. The order will be canceled and refunded if we cannot update the address.

Sok-It will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package or update the address.

Dealing with Lost Orders:

We totally understand how frustrating it is to experience a lost order. If you don't see any updates in the tracking information, don't worry just yet! Sometimes the tracking scans are a bit delayed. Carriers may not scan packages immediately after picking them up from our warehouse, but fear not, they usually show up once they hit the first distribution center. And guess what? Packages often reappear in transit, out for delivery, or even delivered – yay!

However, if your order seems to have vanished into thin air, let's work together on it. If you haven't received it, reach out within 14 days of the scanned delivery date. We'll do everything we can to help. But here's the good news: most of the time, the mystery is solved way before that, and we can sort things out sooner than expected. 

Undelivered Orders Marked "Delivered":

Oh no, that's definitely not the best feeling. If your order shows as "delivered," but you don't have it in your hands, there's no need to panic. This happens more often than you'd think, and we're here to help.

First things first, give it a couple of days – delivery scans can sometimes update before the actual delivery. We also suggest that you check with your neighbors or building manager. Maybe it got dropped off at the wrong doorstep.

Just to be sure, double-check the shipping address you provided during checkout with your confirmation email. Sometimes a little typo can cause big hiccups!

And don't hesitate to reach out to your local carrier office; they usually have the latest info on your shipment.

If you're still left without your order after 2-3 days and have no luck with neighbors or the carrier, hit us up through [email protected] so we can assist you as swiftly as possible.

P.S.: If your order was marked as "Delivered," and you haven't received it, reach out within 14 days of the scanned delivery date. We'll do everything we can to help. But beyond that, it's tough for us to file a claim and arrange a re-shipment, so let's stay in touch!
