How do I get a Discount Code?

We have so many ways for you to score a discount!

How do I use a Discount Code?

If you have a promo code or a Sok-It gift card follow the steps below to apply it to your order.

1. Add items to your cart and proceed through the checkout steps.

2. When you reach the Payment Options page, copy/paste your code in the box labeled Enter Discount code or gift card. Codes are case sensitive and should not have spaces before or after them.

3. Click Apply. 

4. Your Order Summary on the top right of the page. Click Continue to continue your purchase.

Not working? Try these tips for troubleshooting:

• Codes are case sensitive and most discount codes are in ALL CAPS. 
• For further details, please be sure to read the terms and conditions of the promotion. If the code specifies you must buy a certain number of soks, buy a specific type of sok, or spend a minimum amount, be sure your order meets those requirements or the code will not work. 

Can I use more than one discount code?

No. Only one discount code can be used per order. 

However, you can apply a Sok-It Gift Card and a discount code to the same order.

Do discount codes apply to all products?

Every promotion is different, so check the sale conditions on the email or ad you received the promo code to be sure the items in your cart qualify. As a rule, promo codes do not apply to 24-hour flash sales, as 50% off is the best discount you'll find! (Be sure you're on our email list to be notified when Flash Sales are happening!)

Do discount codes apply to all sales channels?

Generally, when you are emailed a promo code, that code is meant to be used on our online store or Facebook/Instagram Shop (which is connected to our online store). 

Adding promo codes to Facebook/Instagram can be a bit tricky. When in checkout, below your total, click Offers. 

Here, you can enter your promo code if it is available for Meta Shops. If you're having trouble, reach out to our Customer Service team before you place your order, and they can assist. Issuing refunds on Facebook/Instagram can be difficult, so please reach out with any issues before you place your order.
